Timhotel Palais Royal Louvre - Pariisi

A charming little hotel on a quite street, just a stones throw from the delights of the gardens of the Palais Royal, the splendor of the Louvre and the grande shops of the Opera District. The rooms were small but very clean. The shower might be a challange for the larger traveller but, all in all, the friendly staff, beautiful exterior decor and location make this an ideal choice of hotel and the beautiful glass encased Gallerie Vivienne next door and the divine Le Grande Colbert resturant- just a street behind- make it an priceless for the traveller who is looking for a comfortable place to lay their head after a day of exploring...

Near the Bourse metro station. However, need to transfer at least once to go to major attractions. I loved the AC which kept the room nice and cold during the warm summer. Staff was friendly. Shower stall was very small.

The hotel was basic, but clean, with a welcoming desk staff. Would recommend to anyone wanting to see all the main sites due to its good central location. No complaints at all.

The Hotel was clean and tidy with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was small but perfectly suited as a base for other activities. The hotel is situated in an excellent location for sightseeing and I thoroughly recommend it.

No view, small room, good bathroom, great for sleeping and keeping clean. Close to many shops. Best way to see sights, ask a bus driver. Subway may be faster, but you will not see anything. Bus driver will tell you when to get off and what direction to go. Had fun, would recommend.

Location is good. Price was best I could find at the time near the city center. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very very small as was the shower. It would not suit if you need space. It was a good hotel to use as we did, just for a bed at night and a shower in the morning. Room could have been cleaner.

Nice hotel in good location. Easy walking distance to the Louvre and Notre Dame. Staff very helpful and friendly. Although sleet and snow outside was warm inside. Bathroom was tiny and the loo was so close to the bath it was a little difficult use comfortably. Also cups needed to be bigger as they made the tea and coffee too strong. But overall good value for money.

Its a great value hotel well located. The rooms are reasonably large for a Paris two star. Our room had some rough patching on a damaged door, but minor. Very clean but small bathroom- shower ran hot and cold. Had a really friendly man on reception when we arrived, less friendly woman when we checked out.

What can I say? It's a two star in a great location. If you need a budget place to sleep, it's okay. I asked to see the best room in the Hotel since I was staying over a week and they told me I was in the best room. I wonder what the other rooms are like?

Hotel was extremely clean, front desk was helpful, though a bit irritating that you were required to leave your room key at the desk and had to pick it up each time you returned. On the whole, somewhat small rooms, but comfortable -- strong air conditioning, good service by maids, helpful front desk with passable english. A bit difficult if you are trying to access solely by public transportation with lots of luggage, but take the B train and then either a taxi or a 15-minute walk will do it. Probably a 10 minute walk to the Louvre, so excellent location. Overall I was very happy, especially for the price I paid.

Friendly service, nice hotel. Only comment was that we were situated on the first floor right outside the lift, so we could here everything through the door, including the reception phone. Bed was huge, very comfy, shower a bit small, but good pressure. We enjoyed our stay

We spend one night at the hotel. The hotel was nice and clean, but there was not much space in the room. I would appreciate more space for a longer stay. The area is nice - close to good shopping and close to Les Halles, but still nice and quiet.

centraal gelegen, schoon, nette kamer, prima badkamer niet groot maar groot genoeg als je toch de hele dag op pad bent.

Prima hotel in rustig straatje, metrostation Bourse op een paar minuten loopafstand. Nette kamers met heel handig een waterkokertje. Vlakbij het Louvre en ook redelijk dicht bij de Grand Magasins!

vi hadde rom 706 og det var litt lite og rart, og selv om man reiser IKKE til paris for å bruke masse tid inne på hotellet, tror jeg vi spør etter dette rommet hvis vi skal tilbake. Vi valgte dette hotellet pga pris og beliggenhet. Og begge deler var flott. Betjeningen kunne stort sett engelsk, og hjalp med både kartforklaringer, restaurantanbefalinger og drosjebestillinger.

Das Hotel liegt zentral, so dass es sich super fuer Siteseeing lohnt, da man direkt vom Hotel damit starten kann. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Zimmer angenehm und sauber.

Enkelt men bra och trevligt hotell. Schysst service. Lättsamt läge. Men som vanligt i Paris ta frukosten på Boulangeri istället för på Hotellet.

Entree van het hotel is gelegen in een eenrichtingsstraat vlakbij het Louvre en is goed herkenbaar. Het hotel heeft geen eigen parkeermogelijkheid , in en uitladen kan problematisch zijn, echter in de direkte omgeving zijn een aantal ondergrondse openbare parkeergelegenheden tegen betaling. De hotelreceptie is 24 uur per dag bemensd, met naar onze ervaring zeer vriendelijk, hulpvaardig personeel. Het personeel spreekt naast natuurlijk frans ook engels. De hotelkamers zijn vrij klein maar keurig verzorgd en beschikken over de meest essentiele voorzieningen, de meereizende dames misten echter wel een fohn en een eigen kamerkluisje. Elke dag worden de bedden opgemaakt en krijg je de bescikking over schone handdoeken en wordt de badkamer schoongemaakt. Het hotel beschikt over en lift die geluidloos werkt. et hotel is een ouder gebouw , wat mede te merken is aan de geluiden die vanaf de straat en van de belendende panden doordringt in niet al te hinderlijke vorm. De ongezellige ontbijtkamer is eigenlijk het enige minpunt.

Excellent hotel, très bien situé. Les chambres sont petites mais confortables. L'hôtel est au calme, à deux pas du Louvre. Le personnel est cordial. Un plus : il y a un placard où on peut laisser ses bagages le dernier jour, en attendant de repartir.

Le contraste entre la salle de bains, refaite à neuf, et la chambre, propre mais un peu vieillote, est un peu surprenant.

Hotellet standard var bra. Läget utmärkt med närheten till Louvren, Picasso museet och Quartier Latin.
