Timhotel Place D'Italie Butte aux Cailles - Pariisi

The room was in very poor condition: not very clean, drywall/paint damage, and stained carpet. Our pillows looked like they were 20 years old, horrible! When I asked the receptionist if they had any other pillows, she walked into a different room and handed me a dirty pillow from a couch! Luckily we arrived late at night and left early in the morning. Our room was in much worse condition than what the picture on the site portrays. The only positive would be a good location close to a metro station and some shops.

The area of the city where this hotel is located is nice, but not particularly exciting. The good thing about the location is that it is very close to the Corvisart metro (2-3 minute walk), which will get you to many key locations in under 15 minutes. The staff at this hotel was generally very friendly, although I did have one very bizarre experience with one of the front desk people. The room was clean and rather comfortable. The only problem was the shower drain. That being said, I've never used a perfectly good shower in Europe, so I wasn't all that dissapointed. Overall, it was more than adequate for my stay.

The service was not great. They were rude and not helpful at all. I was somehow a bother to them, staying in their hotel. The location was great. A metro station is only a hundred yards from the hotel. The area is quiet and very close to lots of shops, cafes, and gradens. This is not the hotel for those who spends lots of time in the room when you travel. It is a place just to crash.

senza pretese , ma sempre pulito e personale molto gentile , comodissimo alla metro e nei dintorni ci sono farmacie , supermercati, bar ...per un soggiorno di 4\5 gg direi che è perfetto! se devo proprio fare una critica è la mancanza di aria condizionata che nelle giornate piu' calde sarebbe una manna!

La Chambre était petite, la salle de bains était grande mais manquait de confort : le bac à douche en hauteur était difficile d'accès, pas de balayette au WC (WC à l'intérieur de la salle de bains), un seul gobelet plastique alors que la réservation était pour 2 personnes, Pas d'éclairage à la salle de bains la dernière nuit (l'ampoule ayant grillé le soir, on nous a répondu que personne ne pourrait intervenir avant notre départ du lendemain) les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées et il est désagréable d'entendre les conversations des occupants voisins de la chambre

Hotel très propre, très belle salle de bain dans une rue très calme.

Buona posizione vicino al metro'. Personale gentile e disponibile. La camera era molto piccola con una vista dalla finestra sul un pozzo luce interno. Letto non troppo comodo ma buona pulizia. Consigliato per chi non ha troppe pretese.
