New Hotel Vieux Port - Marseille

This city is pretty dirty, so I wouldn't expect the world from this hotel. But overall it was ok, nothing terrible. There are no extras at this hotel. The service is fine but they aren't going out of their way. It is close to the marina area, but not the beaches. We walked with our baggage from the train station so it wasn't too far away from the train.

The location was great, very close to the metro (just below our hotel room) the sightseeing buses and boats were just across the road. and it was very close to all the many restaurants and bars. Room was quite large with a view over the Port . It was adequate but with rather dark and dreary decor. The location was the best thing about it - we felt it was quite expensive for this standard of hotel.

within walking distance of st charles station more or less right on the Port , pleasant and helpfull english speaking staff, nice rooms very clean , no bar or restaurant just breakfast room , you dont need them as there are many to chose from on the port . Great location , no complaints with this hotel at all .

This hotel is nice, clean and centrally located. The bed and comforter are very comfortable. The front desk is exceedingly friendly.

A building with some character near the harbour, the room was large and comfortable and the service flexible and helpful. Not the cheapest place but with the considerable on-line discount it represents excellent value for money and an ideal choice for a holiday maker looking for something a little above basic accommodation.

Excellent hotel in perfect location for exploring old port. Only complaint: price should definitely include in-room internet service which it did not.

The location of this hotel is first class, very central but without the noise of the road. The room was very spacious and comfortable with everything you need, the only thing missing was tea/coffee making facility.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was bright and good-sized. Located close to several points of interest: the Old Port, the Market just outside the hotel doors and within walking distance of the beach.

Dont be put off by the entrance to this Hotel. Go in and find the smells and noise left behind. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Clean rooms with great views. Even had great view from toilet!

A cute little hotel within a few steps of the Metro Station and a short walk to the Old (Vieux) Port. Rented a very small "standard" room on the 3rd floor. Comfortable bed was was so long (king? queen?) that it almost butted up aganst a table on the opposite wall. Had to sit and slide on the bed to get past. No place to put our bags except on the floor. No chest, no drawers. Bath was small but OK. Asked reception for a larger room but told that hotel was booked, although it was evident later that it was not. OK for a one night stay.

the hotel room was beautifully decorated and elegant. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a nicer part of marsielle which was good.

My husband and I absolutely loved this hotel. The location could not have been more perfect. The room was clean and the hotel staff was very friendly. We also had a great view of the water. I would definetely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Service de très bonne qualité, de jour comme de nuit. Chambre spacieuse, décorée avec goût, très chouette salle de bains. Nous n'avons pas testé le petit déjeuner en revanche.

Hotel central pour tout visiter à Marseille. Avons eu une chambre sur une ruelle, à côté d'un cocher qui sonne de 8h00 le matin à 19h00 ... gros dormeur s'abstenir. Personnel peu au courant des activité de la ville, voir en direct avec l'office du tourisme. Robinet de la salle de bain inadapté au lavabo...

Hotel bien placé. Certaines chambres ont un vue latérale sur le vieux port. Confort correct dans les chambres supérieures. Tarifs marseillais

La chambre "supérieure" qui m'a été affectée était spacieuse et récemment rénovée; décoration moderne, très agréable à vivre. Balcon avec joli vue sur le vieux port. L'hôtel est bien placé, à 50 m. de la Canabière et du Vieux Port. Tous les centres d'intérêt sont facilement accessible par les transports en commun se trouvant à proximité. La contre partie de cette situation est que parfois il y a trop de bruit qui monte de la rue!

L'accueil est très sympathique et les chambres décorées avec goût, surtout les salles de bain

Ogni piano dell'Hotel e' arredato in un differente stile: giapponese, indiano, ecc. Io ho soggiornato nel primo piano arredato alla Giapponese... molto carino.
