Hotel is much better than anything else I've seen in Europe

My wife and I had a five day break in Tallin to celebrate our wedding anniversary in July. We had an advantage room with harbour view on the 21st floor. From our window we had a good sea view and enjoyed watching the cruise ships and the Helsinki ferry comin and going in the active passenger port.. We could also see a part of the Old Town between neighbouring high rise buildings. The room was very comfortable and well appointed with an enormous bed, tea and coffee making facilities including an expresso coffee maker that worked very well. The bathroom was high tech with an excellent separate shower as well as a large bath. Nice big fluffy towelsand bathrobes were provided. My only slight criticism would be that the square shallow handbasin in tasteful black looked good but was rather impractical in use - an example of design before function! We ate at both the Swiss Cafe and the more expensive Horisont Restaurant which were both excellent The Horisont provides a real gourmet experience. The hotel is well situated being five minutes walk from the shopping are and a 15minute stroll to the Old Town (we are in our seventies, younger more athletic people could do it in 10 minutes) Taxis were readily available just outside the hotel front door. The staff were all attentive and helpful and spoke excellent English. We had a thouroughly enjoyable luxurious holiday and can strongly recommend this hotel.

Great Cafe, Super Modern Rooms,Perfect Location to Old City and Downtown!

Large hotel and one of the newer hotels. Fantastic room, beautiful view, frig/tea/coffee, very contemporary with flashy bathroom. Hard to get ice in other countries and maid kept taking ice bucket. Far from the Old Town. Close to mall adn shopping. Some places to eat in the area but not many.

Immaculate modern hotel, lovely bathroom, ten minutes brisk walk from old town. Old town is great.

I was meet by very nice staff on arrival. They upgraded me to a corner room with a fantastic view over Tallinn. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Excellent value for money!

I have stayed in over 40 hotels this year due to my business. Ths Swiss Hotel in Tallinn comes out tops. For business I look for value for money, comfort, room facilities and space! The Swiss has all this and more. Euro for Euro this is the amazing value when you consider all the comforts and facilities.

A new hotel towering over the city that really does deserve sky-high ratings. Super large comfortable rooms with - a rarity on the Continent - tea and coffee facilities provided. Nothing to fault - simple as that.

Es el mejor hotel en el que he estado en mi vida. Todo son comodidades, las vistas preciosas, muy limpio, cama gigante, pantalla de plasma, el suelo del baño se calentaba con algún sistema para que pudieras ir descalzo, tetera y cafetera para expreso en la habitación, el spa genial, el personal muy amable, a 10 minutos del centro caminando y el precio increíble.

I stayed in the Swissotel, Tallinn with 3 friends, over a long weekend in June 2008. We opted for executive rooms because we wanted breakfast included, and thought the price was reasonable. On arrival, we were escorted to the 'Executive Lounge' on the 28th floor, to check in. We discovered that breakfast, lunch, evening meal and free alcoholic or soft drinks, were all complimentary, all served in the Executive Lounge. How good is that? There was no charge for breakfast in our room. You choose a time, and which items and types of breakfast, even down to how long you want an egg boiled for. Excellent. Lunch was good, but we found the evening meal was similar to the lunch. This wasnt a problem for us, as we were happy to eat out. If you are willing to pay for it, there is an excellent restaurant on the 8th floor which we tried one evening, and had a superb steak meal. There is also a more expensive, (but looked fantastic) restaurant on the top floor. The rooms were very spacious and everything you want - even down to choosing a pillow from a pillow menu, and the shower is superb. Fantastic views over the city. Swimming, steam room and sauna were high quality standard. The hotel has only been open since November. Stairs aren't an option, so you have to get used to using the lifts, which is an experience in itself. A good location, just outside the old town.

Ett mycket trivsamt hotell, med gångavstånde till centrum. Hotellets restaruang "on top floor" är magnefik, en otrolig hög service.

Kvalitet i alle ledd: sentral beliggenhet, standarden 5-stjernes, servic helt eksepsjonell, consierge Reijo ordnet til og med billetter til en konsert som var utsolgt! ABSOLUTT et hotell å anbefale!

Riktigt bra hotell! Stort rum, stort badrum med både badkar och dusch. Fantastiskt utskikt och härlig restaurang på 30:e våningen.

Fikk lovnad om gratis frokost, men det fikk vi ikke.

Vi benyttet hotellet som utgangspunkt for en 5-dagers tur til Tallinn. Hotellet innfridde til fulle, med bra rom, store og gode senger og stort bad. Restauranten i toppetasjen hadde god mat, flott utsikt og god service. Amrita Spa ble flittig benyttet, både treningsrommet med moderne apparater og god ventilasjon, svømmebasseng og badstu, samt massasjetilbudet.

Fantastisk hotell viss man først skal til en trist by som Tallin Alle måltider inkl. bra service , bra spa. bra service. Eneste minus var det ikke var noe uteplass på hotellet. Nytt hotell. Anbefales

Dette er ett må bare dra på hotell! service, spa og omgivelsen får deg til og slappe av å nyte en avslappende ferie, eller du får ladet opp batteriene etter en travel shopping dag. Hotellet kan ikke beskrives må oppleves. Meget bra spa tilbud også..

Tallins beste og mest eksklusive hotell. Fantastisk utsikt i øverste etasje hvor restauranten ligger! Utrlog bra!

Senga imponerte mest av alt! Stor og god. Deilige puter som kunne kjøpes. Hadde kjøpt med meg dyna hjem hvis den også hadde vært til salgs!!

Dette var et absolutt fantastisk flott. Flott standard og super service. Flott spa-avdeling. Anbefales absolutt!

Service ---------- Meget behjelpelig og hyggelig personale i resepsjonen. Spa, sauna og treningsstudio ------------------- Godt massasjetilbud og hyggelig priser (sammenliknet med Norge uansett). Lavsesong medfører at man har svømmebassenget alene. Benytte ikke treningsanleggene, men det var flust med apparater og god kvalitet. Restaurant --------------- Deilig frokostbuffet, og fyldig meny ved siden av.

A very delicate and new hotel with quiet atmosphere. The rooms are nice and the restaurant on the upper floor was an experience. Breakfast at the hotel was above normal standard, although the selection was somewhat limited.

Hotellet var enda finere enn jeg hadde håpet på. Fikk skikkelig luksus følelse, og det er jo ikke hver dag. Kun en negativ ting: Lite info i forkant om forhåndsbestilling av SPA. Det ble ikke noe SPA på oss denne helgen, da det var full booket.

Suveren standard, store rom med flotte bad. Utsikten over Tallin er også utrolig bra

Swissotel is overall the best hotel in Tallinn with a restaurant and sky-bar at 30th floor, Spa and pool at 11th floor and in general the best service in Tallinn.

Kan bruke et ord om det flotte hotellet og det er FANTASTISK! Kan absolutt anbefales! Sentrumsnært, med passelig gå-avstand fra alle fasiliteter. Nydelig spa-avdeling med meget gode tilbud for norske lommebøker.

Vi bodde i det som kallas "executive" vilket innebär att man har tillgång till en lounge där man får frukost, lunch och middag. Det var hög kvalitet på båda mat och dryck, desserterna var himmelska. Även om vi skulle äta middag ute var det mysigt att småäta lite innan vi gav oss ut på stan. Hissen var extremt snabb. Pool och saunadelen var toppen. Tyvärr spelas sk hissmusik överallt. t om utanför hotellrummet! men det är nog en trend i Tallinn just nu. Vid bussterminalen ljöd sk loungemusik från högtalarna. Hotellet är nytt så de har kanske glömt att kolla kvaliteten på sina heltäckningsmattor som luddar mycket Annars bra hotell
