Best Western Time Hotel - Tukholma

This hotel is slightly away from the city centre but despite that is to be recommended. It is very comfortable with excellent staff and a first class breakfast.

Paid extra for 3rd bed in superior room - but it wasn't in our room waiting for us - had to ask. Can ask for coffee tray in room - but you have to collect it yourself, there's no milk, the coffee was never replenished and the mug never washed. Glasses in room never moved or washed either. A hike out of town, but do-able for the able bodied and the walk is through pleasant areas. Probably would look for somewhere else next time.

The Good: This was a fantastic hotel for the money. Very clean, very well decorated, big LCD Tv with lots of great tv channels. The sauna is free and on a reservation basis, but I never had a problem getting one. The breakfast is AMAZING!, one of the best I've seen. The hotel staff are friendly, helpful, and attractive. There's a grocery store right under the hotel! Comfortable beds! The Bad: It's a 20 minute walk to the center of the city, but great for losing some weight! There's no bathtub, which really sucks after walking all day. There's also no refrigerator to store things in. For a place like Sweden, where in summer there's like 20 hours of day light, I would expect better curtains, made it hard to sleep in. All-in-all, in Stockholm, for that price, it's hard to find a better hotel, I highly recommend!

The hotel is located very close to the city center next to main streets and walking to the modern and the historical city center is an enjoyable walk. However public transport is also available very close to the hotel. I had booked a single room which was automatically upgraded to a studio for the same price. The studio was very tastefully decorated in a modern way and the room was very clean. The staff of the hotel was genuinely polite and happy to assist in all cases.

Beautiful, modern, well-appointed hotel. Wireless high speed Internet included. Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. A short walk from the subway (and shops) at Odenplan. And a great price. This hotel was perfect.

The hotel was lovely - very comfortable rooms and nice, helpful, friendly service. The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel - many choices savory and sweet, and all yummy. I was impressed they had loose tea and every kind of milk you could want. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Loved the hotel and they served a fabulous breakfast (included) with a wonderful, fresh selection. The only drawback was it was about a 25 min. walk from the main area that you want to be in. If the weather is nice it isn't a problem but we took cabs (a little expensive). The neighborhood is safe but boring.

The hotel is very new and done very tastefully in a swedish ikea style. Very Quiet, clean. An adjacent supermarket is convenient. Nearby restaurants are a 5 minute walk. Proximity to a metro would have been good.

We were very impressed with the quality of the room and the service provided by Best Western Time in Stockholm. The room was very spacious and very clean, the staff is very polite and very helpful. The entire hotel, including the room and the common areas are also very well decorated. The best in the hotel is the breakfast. It is very well served and has a good variety of food, which is perfect to suit all kind of people. It is worth highlighting the local delicacies served, which were delicious.

The hotel is obvioulsy newly finished, still very crisp. Staff welcoming and friendly. Rooms very clean. They would do better to open up a small part of the breakfast room to serve the small selection of bar meals, felt a little too open beside reception. The only main disappointment was the fact that some of the 'hot' breakfast was actually 'cold'. A little more care there would be good.

Friendly staff, modern building, nice room, great breakfast, and value for money!

Just a few blocks from the centre of town we found no need to use the T-Bana to get to and from the hotel (and this was in the depths of winter). The hotel itself was a very clean and modern affair and with the breakfast buffet included it meant very good value for money. The room was again modern and clean with a flat screen TV and heated bathroom floor thrown in for good measure. The only drawbacks were the twin-beds we got rather than a double but for this price I was prepared for bunk-beds.

The hotel was really darkly decorated. It has basic facility's. The room was basic, quite poky small en suite, you could place your elbows on the sink when sitting on the loo. The bathroom was dirty, floor felt greasy, the beds were clean. Location was really difficult to find on the tube and tram, hotel staff were not helpful when giving directions, in fact they sent us the wrong way.

The hotel is new and very well run, my wife and I were impressed with the quality of the overall experience. There are two slight downsides which maybe not a problem to other people and one wasn't to us. The hotel is a little walk from the centre of the city and the nearest metro stop but not a problem if you enjoy a walk. The second point is that the hotel does not have a restaurant for a meal in the evening. This again was not a problem but on occasion it would be more convenient.

A fantastic hotel with very helpful friendly staff the room was of good size & very comfortable apart from we couldn't turn the heating system off & there's no tea or coffee making facilities. breakfast was fantastic with more than enough on offer, so eat as much as you can before you go out to save having to buy so much food out as Stockholm is rather expensive. The relax & sauna room is fantastic & well worth booking especially as we were there in November, good to get you warmed again. If we were to visit Stockholm again we will be staying hear for sure

We travelled to Stockholm for a 4 night city break and were very impressed with this hotel. It is located in a pleasant residential area with a supermarket and school located next door. It's a 5min walk to the underground and a 20 minute walk into the city centre. The complimentary breakfast was very good and offered quite a variety of foods both hot and cold. The hotel was modern, clean and the staff were polite speaking excellent English. The free internet in reception was also a welcome surprise. All in all I would certainly stay here again and recommend to other travellers.

the time hotel was a great place to stay. very central. only a short walk to the main shopping area and the old town. the staff were very helpfull. the decor was beautifull. and very clean. the only trouble with the hotel was the beds. they were so comfortable it was a struggle to get up for the breakfast.which also was great. would highly recommend this hotel for all ages.

This hotel is very much worth the price! It is very clean, and modern. The service is great and the staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful. The hotel is slightly out of the way, but 2 two blocks away is a wide range of shops and restaurants as well as a train station. I fully recommend this hotel.

Reasonably convenient - three stops on the metro from Central Station but then a little way from the Odenplan tube stop. Helps to have a map with you when you arrive at Odenplan, as the little one on the site doesn't cover a large enough area and doesn't actually show you which direction to walk. Staff were welcoming, albeit it is a relatively large, impersonal hotel, not a family-owned 'home-from-home'. Room was large, bathroom excellent (shower only) and everything quite modern and very clean. (August 2008). Breakfasts good. Unfortunately, the hotel in built in a L shape, with a primary school and a residential block on the other two sides. This should mean it is superbly quiet but there is a combined hard-surface basketball and soccer pitch built in the 'square' inside the block of buildings. This was still in use very late indeed on two of my three-night stay, and even on the seventh floor the sound of basketballs being bounced continuously sounds through double-glazing! I didn't raise this with the hotel as it is difficult to know what they could have done, but you might want to request a room on a high floor facing outwards. Surrounding area has interesting shops, not far from a park and only about 40 minutes walk to the Central Station once you find your way around. Supermarket next door.

Very comfortable bed, more space in the shower and loved breakfast counter as I can enjoy eating the delicious food

I arrived very late in the day and my check-in was prompt, and I reached my room on 7th floor. Room was very spacious, with flat TV, wood floor, warm floor in the bathroom, silent and very comfortable. A sofa, a large desk and free WiFi internet access: everything to be well installed with my laptop. Breakfast buffet is great, staff very accommodating? Satisfaction 19/20. I would return there for a next stay, for sure.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, besonders das Frühstück ist lobenswert. Die Lage des Hotels ok, da es sehr gute Verbindungen zum Zentrum gibt. Vermisst wurde ein Kleiderschrank!!

Ottimo hotel situato a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, e a 50 metri dalla fermata del bus che lo collega al centro ( il bus passa ogni 5 minuti).A pochissimi metri dal hotel e` aperto un supermercato 7 giorni su 7 dotato di ottimi prodotti italiani. La colazione la mattina e` abbondante e vaiegata. Ci riandrei sicuramente

Redan vid ankomst fick vi god kontakt med hotellets personal. Snabb incheckning och besked på saker vi frågade om. Vi meddelade att vi skulle checka ut tidigt dagen efter så det skulle bli tight med frukost, men fick löfte om att de skulle göra allt för att ordna så vi kunde få enklare frukost ca 07.00. Vi var nere i lobbyn kl. o6.45 och fick besked att frukosten kunde intagas allt var för- berett. Många tack för den goda servicen, vi kände oss verkligen välkommna.

Hotellet er næsten nyt, og alt er bare i orden. De eneste ankepunkter er, at morgenmadsbuffetten ikke er lige spændende hver dag (men dog god nok), og at der ikke er nogen restaurant, så man kan spise andre måltider på hotellet - men der er masser af andre spisemuligheder i nærheden, både restauranter/caféer og et supermarked i samme bygning, så man skal bare være indstillet på altid at skulle ud.

Πολύ καλή σχέση τιμής/υπηρεσιών. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι καινούριο και το προσωπικό φιλικό. Στα μείον το ότι παρόλο που είχαμε κλείσει 1 δωμάτιο για καπνίζοντες και 1 για μη καπνίζοντες, αποδείχτηκε ότι δεν υπάρχουν δωμάτια για καπνίζοντες στο ξενοδοχείο, είναι όλοι οι χώροι και τα δωμάτια non smoking. Η τοποθεσία είναι αρκετά καλή και ήσυχη. Το ξενοδοχείο απέχει γύρω στα 20-30 λεπτά με τα πόδια για το κέντρο και την παλιά πόλη. Η πλησιέστερη στάση μετρό απέχει γύρω στα 5-10 λεπτά. Θα το συνιστούσα χωρίς ενδοιασμό, εκτός αν κάποιος θέλει κάτι πολύ κεντρικό.

Wir hatten 4 Tage zum Preis von 3 gebucht. Alles hat gestimmt, das günstige Zimmer lag natürlich mit BLick auf die Strasse im 2. Stock - aber das war okay, da es ruhig war (kein Verkehrslärm). Der Frühstücksraum war übervoll, aber ab 10 Uhr war es kein Problem mehr - Frühstück war sehr gut!! Gut gelegen: Der Supermarkt (bis 22Uhr) gleich nebenan! Würde wieder hingehen!

Beliggenheten i et stille område av byen gir en behagelig nattesøvn, og spaserturen opp fra byen, gir muligheter for i oppleve noe annet enn de travle sentrumsstrøkene. Forbindelsen med andre deler av byen er enkel med buss eller tunellbane i nærheten. Hotellet fremstår som moderne og rommelig, og servicen opplevde vi som perfekt. Frokosten var variert og innbydende med fremragende oppfølging av frokostpersonalet. Slik vil vi gjerne ha det på reise. Dette blir gjerne vårt valg når vi neste gang skal besøke Stockholm.

Je suis partis à cet hôtel avec un ami. Très bel hôtel, situé à 5 minutes à pieds de la station Odenplan, et à 5 min en métro du centre ( T-Centralen). Je le recommande à tous, petit déjeuner l'été jusqu'à 11h (buffet à volonté). Excellente conditions et qualité du service.

Hotellet er gjennomført veldig bra, rett og slett stilfullt! Hadde ikke forventet ett slikt fint hotell til den lave prisen som vi måtte betale, ble rett og slett veldig positivt overrasket.

Bodde der i 4 dager og hotellet var helt utmerket! Nydelig rom og en kjempe bra frokostbuffe. Enkel og grei parkering i kjelleren på hotellet. Ca 15 min gåavstand fra sentralstasjonen. Anbefales!

Et godt nyere hotel. Rummeligt og lyst værelse. God service. Rigtig god morgenmad. Nemt at komme til fra motorvejen.

Nydelig hotell. Kjempe god service. Hotellets interiør,designe og atmosfære helt fantastisk. Selvom det lå 20min fra sentrum var gå turen til og fra hotellet genialt. God beligenhet! Et hotell jeg vil anbefale på det sterkeste til venner og bekjente som skal til stockholm!

We were a bit worried it would be too far away from the city centre, but that was no problem! The Odenplan area is very nice itself and in fact quite central. Anyhow, it's only 3 stops from T-Centralen and it took us about 20 minutes to walk, and the area is nice to walk through! I would highly reccommend this hotel, and I'm definitively checking the avaiability here the next time I'm going to Sthlm.

Hotellet ligg litt utanfor sentrum, men det gjorde ikkje noko. Veldig god frukost (gode råvarer, god frukt og gode grønsaker), men ikkje så veldig stort utval, og for deg som treng glutenfri mat: dei hadde berre kjipt glutenfritt knekkebrød. Det er veldig svakt i eit land der dei er ekspertar på glutenfri mat! Veldig dårleg trådlaust nett på rommet og ingen minibar. Heller ikkje restaurant på hotellet.

Enige min-puntje was het geluid van basketballers aan de achterzijde van het hotel. (Alleen bij mooi weer op lange zomeravonden en wie ligt er dan op zijn hotel kamer?)

Bon hôtel, bien situé dans un quartir calme de la ville. Excellent petit déjeuner buffet très varié (sucré et salé). Petit reproche, tentures pas assez opaques alors qu'il fait clair très le soir et très tôt le matin (3h).

Hotellet var mye finere enn forventet. Alt var nytt, og hele hotellet er moderne og gjennomført. Enkelt og stilrent. Helt vanlige rom, ikke noen stor luksus. Vennlig betjening. Det ligger litt unna sentrumskjernen, men det er en forholdsvis kort spasertur til T-banen. Anbefales.

Accueil chaleureux, peut être dommage que personne ne parle Français. Organisation parfaite, même avec un bug sur les cartes d'accès aux ascenseurs et aux chambres.Pas de quoi s'affoler. Personnel d'une gentillesse et bienveillance extra. 12 mn à pieds de la première station de métro; 3 mn à pieds du premier arrêt de bus mais le N°59 ne passe que toutes les 20 à 25 mn. 2restaurants à proximité (Le Trana et un restaurant Italien) nous ont refusé l'accès (explication en Suédois donc ????) alors que d'autres personnes(Suédois) ont pû avoir une table. Un très bon restaurant à 15/20 mn à pieds "le Ppapparazi" Dommage que l'hôtel ne dispose pas d'une salle de restaurant.

Schönes Hotel mit gemütlichem Zimmer ca. 2 km vom Zentrum entfernt, leider etwas weit von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln

Das Hotel ist neu, sauber und gepflegt, leider kein Schrank im Zimmer. Angenehmes ruhiges Klima.Zentral gelegen, unweit Metro-Station. Einziger Fleck auf der "Weißen Weste" ..als wir morgens 10 Minuten früher zum Frühstück wollten dieweil unser Flieger so früh abhob war der Typ im Restaurant regelrecht erbost und ungehalten darüber dass wir es wagen früher zu kommen obwohl vorher mit min 3 unterschiedlichen Personen an der Rezeption abgeklärt...unverständlich...und schade (wegen der Bewertung).

Sehr schönes, neues Hotel. Freundlicher Empfang. Zimmer und Bad waren in ausgezeichnetem Zustand. Internet (WiFi) umsonst. Frühstück sehr gut und reichhaltig. Nur ein paar Meter und man ist im Hagapark. Auch zur Bushaltestelle (Norra Stationsgatan) des Flygbussarna sind es nur fünf Minuten. Mein bestes Hotel in Stockholm bisher.
