Euroagentur Hotel Downtown - Praha

The hotel is in a prime city location, which makes the prices we paid even more of a bargaim. The breakfast was varied and plentiful and all staff encountered were friendly and courteous. The rooms, though small, were comfortable but the bathroom was well appointed and spacious. Unfortunately a previous occupant ha dbviously been smoking as the room still smelt. Traffic noise could also be a problem, but despite these small gripes the hotel was a good experience

This hotel, literally in the shadow of Prague's Muzeum is great for the price I paid. The people at the front desk were friendly, accommodating and spoke perfect English. I will definitely stay here again.

The Hotel was very acceptable for the price (breakfast included). However, it was not in the best of neighborhoods which made us feel a bit uncertain about walking at night.

The room was beautifully maintained and more than met our expectations. Loved the complimentary buffet breakfast. For a first-time visitor to Prague, it was an ideal location. Front desk was helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Very Clean! One minor thing to be aware of- We booked a Riverboat cruise/dinner with one of the attendants at the front desk and she assured us the price of 42 Euros included dinner. When we arrived the following evening for the cruise we were told dinner was not included. So we paid for our dinner and tried to resolve the issue at the front desk but unfortunately we were unable to get resolved before we were scheduled to leave the next morning. Other than that was a great hotel!

great service, really really friendly and helpful. room was lovely. Our double bed was made up of two beds squished together though which was quite annoying but you cant really complain, they do warn you this may happen since your paying discount prices. PERFECT location, right next to st wencenslas square and pretty much eveything you need. definatley would consider it again if we returned to prague.

This hotel is known to taxi drivers as the Hotel Downtown. Nice spacious room with all facilities and a pretty decent breakfast included. Its in a good location too...just a short walk to the touristy areas yet not too far from the other side of town containing the clubs, bars and gay venues. The room sometimes felt a little cold but it was -17 degrees outside and the decent hot shower made up for it. Staff are friendly and helpful.

No tea or coffee making facilities in he hotel, for 4 star hotel this was not expected. Breakfast was good however staff were very unfriendly. We didn't feel welcome in that hotel at all. Location was good.

Excellent city centre hotel and ideal for all local attractions.

I really dont know where to start to be honest. Firstly when we arrived and checked in we were given possibly the smallest room they had, the door literally opened onto the bottom of the bed! I complained at reception at after expalining my dissatisfaction was given a new room 6 hours later. The staff there are the rudest iv ever met anywhere and iv done alot of travelling. Everything is an ordeal to them, if they spent less time surfing the internet and playing songs on the computer and more time on their cusomers it ight be a start. Then one night when i came in the key card wouldnt work for my room so after going up and down the lift 4 times the recepionist came to the conclusion that the keycard system must be broken so i had to stay in a spare room until the morning. Never in my life have i seen the likes of this!! The final straw was when we were leaving they tried to charge me "damage" for a tiny black mark on one of the sheets of the bed, it really was laughable.... This place is advertised as a 4 star hoel but trust me iv stayed in better hostels an absolutle kip. Extorting people of their money any way possible is all they do!

All I can say is that if your looking for a nice place to sleep this is it... However if you are looking for Friendly Staff, Luxury, And the option of English TV this Hotel is deffo a no no. The staff were very rude, and very, unhelpful. The description of the hotel stated it had a sauna ect, this is true, however, you have to pay a "Sub Charge" aswell as having to book in advance. They also state that they provide room service, which again is true, but room service from the hotel downtown consists of refilling the overpriced mini bar, and when asking for food, expect to be given a mars bar and a packet of salted nuts. To be honest im just glad we spent the percentage of our stay out of the hotel, its just a shame I paid so much money hoping for luxury (for my birthday), to find I would of been better off paying less for a stay at the Prague Hilton Hotel.

Fantastic hotel to stay at. The Wellness centre where the spa and sauna were was a little pricey (around £10 per room) but it was very nice so all good. Breakfast (which is complementary) is excellent. A range of cereal, cold meats, bread, fruit, eggs - bascially anything you might want. Only a 15-20 minute nice walk to the old part of town. We would definately stay there again.

I had a great stay here (with 3 friends) on a weekend trip. Hotel location is convenient, walking distance to all Prague has to offer. Room itself was a little small, but expected by European standards. Very clean, excellent shower/water pressure. Would definitely return.

It has been a great addition to this wonderful trip we did in Prague. The hotel was very clean and very well kept. The staff was bilingual and very helpfull. The quality of the rooms and beds was very good. After you spending a long time driving and walking in the city, it is very enjoyable to find a nice relaxing and friendly room. The buffet was very nice too; a lot of different choices, and very abondant too. I am definitely recommending this hotel for anyone (young and more mature people) I went there with a couple in there seventies and they did enjoy it as much as we did in our thirties.

this hotel was excellent ,the room was just right for us very cosy and the breakfast was very good everyone was friendly and it was close to where we wanted to be thank you for brill service

Overall I would say the hotel was a 3*, probably the main reason for the 4* rating is that it has an exceptionally luxiourious spa bath/sauna room (make sure you make use of it if you stay here). The room was spacious with a particularily plush bathroom (with underfloor heating) but some parts of the hotel, noteably the dining area, felt a little more basic. In terms of location I would say that the hotel is in a fairly good location, near the shopping streets of St Wencelas square, but it is about a 20 min walk down to Old town square.

Not so much reliable when reuesting wake up calls. Fortunately we woke up before time, otherwise we would have lost our pick up bus to the airport and most probably lost our flight that day

Hotellet ligger mellom to av de travleste gatene i Praha. Ikke nok med det, men hele døgnet passerer det ambulanser og politibiler med ulende sirener. Slik blir det når de er stasjonert noen kvartaler unna. Her sover man ekstremt dårlig med mindre man er bevistløs...

Udemærket hotel dog kunne der godt være lidt renere. Endvidere var welnes området aflåst

Vi kom fram sent på lördagkvällen till Prag. Det gick otroligt snabbt och smidigt att hitta fram till hotellet. Väl framme fick vi bra hjälp med att parkera bilen. Hotellet ligger bara ett stenkast från Vaclav-platsen och därifrån är det gångavstånd till Gamla Stan där du finner Karlsbron m.m. Hotellet serverade en bra frukostbuffé men vi saknade "det lilla extra". Rummet innehöll det vi förväntade oss, badrummet var fräscht och golvvärmen uppskattades. Hotellet erbjöd parkering på innegården, men det gäller att boka i förväg för att få plats. Annars får du parkera vid järnvägsstationen där priserna är nästan det dubbla.

Hotellet har fyra stjärnor och jag förstår det när det gäller rummet. Jättefint. Hotellets receptionister (två som vi stötte på) var väldigt duktiga på engelska och hade god servicemind. Frukostbuffén var under all kritik. Kvalitén på maten och utbudet var defenitivt inte fyrstjärnigt. Vi har bott på många tre- och fyrstjärniga hotell och i och med att rummen var bra, och receptionens personal väldigt trevliga, men frukosten under all kritik, blir det endast en tvåstjärnig vistelse för oss.

Hotellet var rent og ryddig. Men arcondition funket svært dårlig. Det var en varm uke. Resepsjonen var ikke spesielt interessert i å bidra til å løse problemet. Vi sov med vinduet åpent til det ble for mye trafikk i hovedgata utenfor og vi våknet av det. Lukket vinduet og svettet resten av natta. Ok plass til en ok pris.

Bra frokostbuffet, og bra hotell i forhold til beliggenhet og pris. Noe trafikk rett utenfor, men stille og rolig på baksiden. Badened på våre rom var nyoppusset og meget bra!

we should pay unexpected deposit to stay or they don't give us key, hotel employeers are always bad mood, no smile. porter will not help you,if you don't pay tips, they are unpolite . room is small, it is not 4 star hotel , max.2 star

Vi nød at bo lige i centrum af Prag - ikke langt fra Karlsbroen. Placeringen betyder dog også, at der var en del trafikstøj, men dette opvejede beliggenheden og standarden af hotellet til fulde. Et rigtig godt hotel med dejlige værelser og god morgenmad, som vi gerne vil bruge igen.

Var ei veke på hotellet. Beligenheten er bra,kort avstand til da mesta ibyn,god frukost og bra renhold. men ska du ta heisen må du ha jækla god tid,for da må vara verdens tregaste

Fin beliggenhet i forhold til byen. Fint og rent rom.

Ligger rigtigt godt - i gå afstend til alt det man nu skal se i Prag. Tæt på banegården og nemt at komme til i bil. God service og mulighed for spa m.m. Kan anbefales og vil helt sikkert blive booket en anden gang turen går til Prag,

Hotellets standard var mkt bra. Rummen kanske något små, och aircondition funkade så där. Lite skränig. Sämst var frukosten, även om den var helt ok. Jag är är väl lite bortskämd med bra frukostar. Till exempel smakade juicen bara apelsinsaft.

Ektepar bodde 2 netter på hotellet. Hotellet har god beliggenhet, er rent og pent, med god service. De har også egen "taxi" som kan benyttes t/r flyplassen, må bestilles på forhånd. Intet negativt å melde fra oss :-)

Meget serviceminded personale, der gjorde deres yderste for at gøre opholdet så godt som muligt. Udmærket standard og pænt rent

Vi hade ca 30gr på hotellrummet, det gick inte att få lägre pga av det låg högst upp(501). Detta är absolut inte bra. Vi sov i en bastu.

Nice, clean room. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was OK. We stayed on the 5th floor and the elevator must be the slowest in the history of the world, so that was a small annoyance. The area the hotel is situated is not the nicest in Prague. Basically streets with cars, other hotels and 4-5 sex shops. However, we felt perfectly safe. The sights of Prague are still within walking distance, and in 4 days, we took the metro once, and that was only due to laziness.

Trés satisfaite du séjour, hormis la caution d'arrivée qui n'a pas lieu d'être, sachant que l'état des lieux n'a pas été fait à notre arrivée, et de plus l'information n'était pas donnée lors de la réservation.

Hotel de bon standing.Acceuil sympa et arrangeant.Chambre propre, et environement pas trop bruyant.A 2 mn a pied du centre de Prague. Tres bonne affaire pendant les periodes de promo.

ανακαινισμενο και πολύ όμορφο.πολυ ζεστο σε σχεση με το κρυο της πράγας και με πολυ πλούσιο πρωινο.σε πολυ καλη τοποθεσια για περιήγηση στη πολη. ησυχο. Αρνητικα:σε 5 διανυκτερευσεις δεν αλάχθηκαν τα σεντόνια .το διπλο κρεβατι ηταν 2 κρεβάτια ενωμένα.ΠΑΡΑΠΟΝΟ:είχε χρεωθεί στο δωμάτιο μας 1 μπύρα που δεν είχαμε παραγγείλει ποτε(πιθανό λάθος της ρεσεψιόν). ΣΥΝΟΛΙΚΑ : Αριστη επιλογή. Αξιζε τα χρηματα. θα το ξαναπροτιμούσα στο μέλλον

Ben zeer onder de indruk van dit 4-sterrenhotel. Zeer netjes. Professioneel personeel. Ruime kamers. We hadden een zolderkamer op de 5e etage. Lift gaat tot 4. 1 etage met de trap, maar dat is geen probleem. Geen geluidsoverlast van verkeer daar. Goed schoongemaakt. Alleen maar complimenten. Oh ja, en de whirlpool was inclusive heerlijk!!! (met sauna)
