Kuvaus


Location. The Castille Paris hotel is located in the centre of Paris, France, within 200 metres of Place Vendome and Place de la Concorde. Galleries Lafayette and the Champs Elysees are within 800 metres of the hotel, and the Louvre and the Orsay museums are one kilometre away. It's 300 metres to Concorde metro station.
Hotel Features. The classically Parisian Castille Paris hotel has an outdoor courtyard with a fountain, and there several valuable artworks in the hotel. There's a concierge desk and high-speed Internet connections in public areas.

The Michelin-starred Il Cortile restaurant opens onto the courtyard for alfresco dining. It serves traditional French and Venetian cuisine. The informal L'Assaggio Bar serves drinks and Italian dishes.

There is a business centre, computer rental desk and three meeting rooms for up to 60 people.

The hotel has a fitness centre and sauna, and a running track is located 200 metres from the hotel.

Guestrooms. The Castille Paris hotel's 107 climate-controlled guestrooms and suites are decorated with 18th- and 19th-century artwork. The rooms are styled in either traditional Venetian or contemporary decor. All have dial-up Internet access (surcharge), satellite television, minibars, safes and complimentary bottled water.

From Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG):
Distance to Castille Paris hotel is 35 kilometres, approximately 45 minutes' drive.

Getting there. RER line B trains run from the airport to central Paris. Line B3 (Roissyrail) departs from Terminal 2 and runs to Denfert-Rochereau, St Michel, Chatelet les Halles, and Gare du Nord. Single tickets cost 7.85 EUR and journey time is about 25 minutes. Guests can take the RER B to Chatelet and change there for metro line 1 to La Defense. Exit at Concorde and take the Rue Cambon exit. Alternatively guests can catch the Roissybus, number 11 and exit at Opera. Buses depart every 15 minutes, and single tickets cost about 8 EUR. Air France shuttles stop at the Arc de Triomphe. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. The hotel is located on Rue Cambon in central Paris. Paris is easy to explore on foot, and there is a reliable, cheap metro (underground), which runs throughout the city and the suburbs. The hotel's closest metro station is Concorde. Buses are a great way to see the city's sights. Tickets can be purchased from bus drivers or from the machines in Metro stations. Regional RER trains run to destinations in the surrounding area. Taxis are available in the streets, but can be hard to find at busy times. Advance booking is recommended. Valet parking is available.

Driving directions. From Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport:
Take the A1 motorway in the direction of Paris.
Take Boulevard Peripherique to Port Maillot.
Drive up Avenue de la Grande Arniea and down the Champs Elysees.
At the Concorde, take Rue Royale.
At the end of the street, turn right in the direction of Opera Garnier.
At the third set of traffic lights, turn right.
